Being an Eco-Sustainable Restaurant Even in Small Details
We started with a big dream: to reopen the historic family Osteria that holds, within its walls, the memories of the ancient history of Lake Como.
To grow this dream, we chose to be an eco-sustainable restaurant.
This project took us a long time to choose and select suppliers who, while maintaining quality and affordability, allowed us to be eco-sustainable.
We want to introduce you to our choices because they could also be the choices for your home.

Pack Service products have obtained the OK Compost mark, meaning they comply with the UNI EN 13432 standard for compostability and can be disposed of at industrial composting plants.

The cellulose used for our products is derived from wood fibers from certified forests, responsibly managed according to the best environmental sustainability standards.
At our tables, we serve microfiltered water, both still and sparkling.
A choice that avoids a massive consumption of plastic or glass bottles to be thrown away.
Moreover, microfiltered water is fresh, light, natural, and pure, avoiding additives needed to keep it in bottles for several years.
We consider it our responsibility to preserve natural resources and strive to develop sustainable and efficient technologies to ensure livability in the future.
